Did BOM Drop The Ball? North Queensland residents not warned of #Cyclone #Dylan

A REVIEW into the Bureau of Meteorology's cyclone warnings and updates has been ordered after widespread criticism it failed keep residents informed as Tropical Cyclone Dylan hit the coast near Bowen. 
 
Residents in Bowen and Airlie Beach weren't told by the bureau the cyclone had made landfall until more than one hour after the event.
