Australia’s home affairs minister says organised crime is costing the
nation $15 billion a year and is more pervasive, powerful and complex
than ever.
The Australian Crime Commission’s biannual report on organised crime is being launched by Jason Clare in Brisbane on Tuesday.
The report suggests organised crime is now an unprecedented
part of everyday life, fuelled in part by criminals embracing the
digital age.
