An officer and a detective were at the Marriot hotel on the Gold Coast with Queensland police last Wednesday to arrest Elliott Couslon in relation to the Mosman finance executive's murder.
Senior NSW policeman said one of the officers was treated more like a suspect than an investigating officer following the incident on the 26th floor of the hotel."He was effectively treated like a suspect.
